I don't think it's a question of where the item is from (it's extremely generic anyway), but what it's going to do.

I think it'd be kinda neat if it slowed down (or stopped) everything on the stage, characters and all, except for the person who uses it.

If it just activates a 20-second slow-mo or speedy mode, it'll be kinda silly.

I think it's going to freeze people, and you'll be able to pummel and damage them, but they won't be able to move. Smashes probably won't knock frozen people around.
