the bumper is back

oh and i think bringing the bumper back raises balloon fighter's chances

How is the flipper any different to the bumper now? They now both stay in the air, so there's no point in the flipper

And what does Bumper have to do with BF?

actually it probably lowers the chance of BF getting in. the fipper is from BF, not the bumper. if they took out the flipper, then they could be removing all traces of BF in brawl.

not to say he couldnt be an AT.

no, i think it raises his chances. in melee he was almost in but they took him out and put in the flipper which was one of his b moves, and now that the flipper isn't an item any more he can use iot as his b move, and thus it raises his chances, if only slighlty however

also. bringing back the bumper confirms birdo as playable because they both start with "B", Sakurai sure is crafty!
