@ the Brawl mod community: a potential newcomer in the waiting?

I was looking around at all the cool texture hacks that you guys(the hacking and programming community) made, and then I came across a recent texture hack that made me nearly faint.

after seeing this B.Mario texture, the way it was sized and designed, and remembering the Roy character modification made recently, I thought: is it possible they could turn this T. hack into a new character, Roy-style? after all, the way it's designed, it looks like a totally new character.

so my question is this: could anyone take this texture hack, and make it a "new" character, like what was done with Roy?

don't think so seeing as how the other thread has already discussed this in depth thru several pages...you might want to consider PMing a mod to close this before some crazies REALLY get in here and bomb you with NOOOB and use SEARCH B4 POSTING ******! etc etc. not trying to sound mean, just looking out for those that don't know before they get flamed.
