There already are 2 threads about this and in the end he answer are always the same :
-second whoever you like, at this point in the meta it doesn't really matter
-learn Falcon's "hard" matchups, as most of the time it's just you needing to adapt your game plan rather than the matchup being unwinnable.

I personally play Falco, Dr, WFT and Mewtwo though I wouldn't play any of these characters in tournament sets because they are nowhere near the level of my Falcon.
