The 1:50 Rule?

Sooo... watching a bunch of matches, and it seems like Falcon does the largest amount of **** at about 1:50 (I've calculated this to roughly +- 2.5 seconds using my massive intelligence) into the first match of a set. I'm kind of freaking out. Is this why he's so good?
