It's really bugging me that DOJO has yet to show us either a Lucas alt. color or even a Kirby hat. I think it might be because an alt. color could look like Ness.

What does this mean for Ness/Lucas? If he is an alt, since Lucas and Ness are clones, I guess it wouldn't really matter. Ness would be still playable.

So they wouldn't show us new colors because one of them might look like Ness? I don't know why they don't want to reveal something Ness-like in the first place.

Furthermore, even if a Ness suit is an alt color for Lucas, it doesn't quite mean that Ness will not be playable. Just look at Wario's alts that were revealed this week (I think it was this week). He has a Mario suit. Heck, Mario himself even has a Wario suit.

Ness won't be playable because he was replaced by Lucas. just like Sakurai wanted to do from the beginning...

and they probably didn't show any colours or Kirby hat, because they didn't want to... it's really that simple...

jeez, it's like you guys will explode if ness stays in. I'm cool with whatever at this point, but Ness is just so amazingly unique in melee. And EB rocks my socks. I'll be sad if he's out, but I'm not convinced that he is just by seeing people like the person who posted above me saying so over and over again.
