Texture Hack lags and doesn't show up!

Hey guy's,

I downloaded a texture hack for flamedramon.
That one works fine but I tried to do some re-colors, two of them are working but when I try to start one of the other two the battle is really slow and NO texture shows up (not mine, not the one from my opponent)
so I wanted to ask if I have to watch out for something if I re-color this stuff myself and if I can do something to solve this problem
(I edited my textures with gimp and just changed the colors)
