Texture Glitch Problem

Okay, I got this really freaky problem :/ it's the only thing keeping me from uploading and releasing my Clash of Ninja 2 Rock Lee import over link

Whenever link does the following
1: certain hurt motions (not all of them)
2: Smash Attacks
3: Anything that requires charging

He turns completely black :/
I don't know why either...
You'll see what I mean in the video I'm going to post in a bit, but yeah, help?

You may have not replaced all of the texture animations. I've seen this I was modding Kirby to be a hot pink ninja Kirby. You just have replace ALL textures.
