Texture/color specific psa

Is it possible to set a psa to just one texture/color instead of the character itself? If not, can the same be said for the MotionEtc.pac? I have a couple of custom psa's and textures that I want to use on the same character since the texture and psa fit so well, and I don't want to keep changing it every time I want to use a different hack. I've been searching on different sites, but I came up empty.
