tether recoveries

So far, I love project M. I love playing it, watching it, even ****ing people with it. However, one thing kind of irks me. Whenever I watch it being streamed, people are usually complaining about it. Mainly about the recoveries. Even Armada and Hbox have problems with these issues. I also notice that usually it's because a character has a tether. While I don't really mind the recoveries due to the game not being out long enough, I would like project M to be a game that everyone can enjoy. While Ivysaur's and ZSS's and olimar's are necessary at the moment due to it being their up b's, I think that in order to satisfy everyone, something must me done about the tethers such as link's toon link's, samus's, and lucas's

I think that tethers as recoveries need to be shortened to their respective grab ranges until PMBR are able to change them to melee tethers. Make them smaller that way they can still get edgehogged easily, but they can't get cheesed by something like marth's dtilt. If everyone in project M got this nerf, it would make characters like jigglypuff, captain falcon, and falco more viable, and it would make matches less defensive oriented. What do you think?
