So before, I posted a ruleset about how we should handle all of these slightly different FD versions. But then people started to say that some of them may be the same. As the user, Rayks poited out, there are two types: Floating and Pillar. The ones that are floating have the same shape. I have then tested for length and blast-zones.

Length
Method: As Mario, roll to one side of the stage, hold up, then repeatedly press B. Ensure that you do not angle the UpB in anyway. Count how many times it takes to fall off the stage.
Result: Every Omega stage takes about 7 and a small bit Mario-UpB's, including the real FD.

Blast-Zones:
Up:
Method: See at what % Bowser dies from a Falcon SideB while the Falcon is on 0%
Result: Bowser dies at about 150% on every FD and Omega stage
Side: Sonic can just barely reach the side blast zones when going off of the cliff. I tried this on omega stages and he seems to reach about the same point on the blast zone every time.

In conclusion, I don't think that there are any differences apart from the fact that they are either pillar or floating. Though I didn't test every single Omega stage, I consider it unlikely that a lot of the omega stages have the same properties and that there would be one Omega stage that is different from the rest, though that is possible. Therefore, I will also revise my ruleset in the other thread that I made.
