Terrible Connection?

I was wondering if anyone else gets timed out all the time on this site? I had to wait literally 7 min. before this site would reload. It could be my connection, but all other sites work. On campus we have a T3 connection and I still time out. This happens on this forum more than any other I've been to, and I was wondering if this is common or what.
