Tempo is the main protagonist of the game HarmoKnight, a 3ds estore rhythm platforming game made by GameFreak that has no smash representation

Why?
It could be a fun rhythm based character, a playstyle that would be incredibly unique

Definitely has potential as a fighter. His attacks could provide music cues which could be fun/funny. I’m all for his inclusion.

Though in my humble opinion, Dillon should be the first eshop representative and Rhythm Heaven should be the first Rhythm/music game franchise to get a rep. But at the end of the day Tempo is 1st party so he clears my only checklist item.
