I'm going to update my blog with any new tier listings that I find. The tiers fluctuate a lot for this new game, so I'm keeping up with them very carefully.

A+ = Steve Fox, Marshall Law, Bob
AAA = Bryan Fury, Paul Phoenix, Julia Chang, Lars Alexandersson, Emily "Lili" Rochefort
AA = Bruce Irving, Baek Doo San, King, Jack-6, Eddy Gordo, Feng Wei, Nina Williams

Poor Anna, I may not be competitive but I heard she was never good at all (except in Tekken Tag)
It seems that hasn't changed, do you mind answering why? I don't really know, since I'm such a nub at video games.
Hopefully she rises in the future...

This game is pretty awesome, but it's not out in Europe yet (yes I buy the game <_<).
I'm looking forward to it.

Anna is very good in Dark Resurrection. She's also decent in this game because she didn't lose any of her wall game, but she hasn't changed the fact that she doesn't excel at much else.
The console version isn't out yet, but the arcade version has been out for some time. This tier list is probably what's going to accompany the game's console release, unless a new list is formed.
Also, the next person who utters the word "cheap" will get put on my ignore list. That word is the scrub's excuse. Learn to ****ing play.

I'm kind of disappointed that Heihachi is so low on the list, but wait a second... who's Bob? Was he in any of the previous games?

Bob debuted in Tekken 6.
Jin Kazama is the worst fighting game character design in history.
Ling Xiaoyu is in the B-tier range.
Heihachi lost one of his best launchers and was overall severely nerfed, but he retains competitive potential.
Play who the **** you want. This isn't Street Fighter IV with two competitively viable characters. This is Tekken. You want balance? You found it.

Steve Fox is not unbalanced. His range is poor, his execution barrier is extremely high, and he has a disadvantageous matchup against Zafina, the worst character in the game.

I don't see you telling finlark the same thing. I'm going to assume you agree with him. Sorry if my opinions are so offensive to you, but I have a very low tolerance for anyone who'd rather cry like a baby than learn the matchup and the mechanics of a game, especially a game that's this balanced. There's no excuse. None. Besides, this isn't 'a blog,' this is my blog. If people want to cry about "ZOMG SO CHEEP", then they have their own blogs to do it. I prefer a more mature approach to my games, especially the two I take seriously. Is that so much to ask?

I saw some pretty amazing stuff with Ling when I was watching jinandkazama's YouTube. She seems to be mostly the same, but unless I'm mistaken, she's actually a smidgen stronger in terms of hit-for-hit damage.

Dang...I never really kept up on Tekken, but I might just buy an Xbox 360 or PS3 for this (probably sounds dumb...but I have little use for money overall, so **** it). Any fighting game that's this balanced very much so deserves to be played, imo. I mean, it looks as though you could pick up just about any character and people wouldn't snicker or groan at your choice. Probably sounds kinda scrubby, but lack of discrimination because of the character you choose is a major plus in my book.

I've always been interested in Tekken anyway...just kinda never got into it. Thanks for reigniting that old flame.

I'm not the one who got all angry and elitist when you said something I don't agree with. Had you calmly and intelligently explained Steve's disadvantages, I would have seen what I had previously overlooked. But instead, you started swearing and acting like I had just insulted a long-dead loved one. Being blunt and aggressive does not make you mature.

I would not assume that I agree with him, as I do not like the Tekken series at all. I am not going to tell him the same thing, because he has a right to say whatever he wants, if you don't like what he says, be nice about it, if anyone is crying like a baby, it is you. You literally exploded on Finlark just for expressing his thoughts in a blog! Now I'm not saying he's broken, cheap or way above any other character in the game, because you obviously know the game better than I do. Next time just approach the comment at more kind level and you're more than likely going to get what you ask.

This may be your blog, but does that mean others cannot express their opinion? I make threads pretty often, but I don't explode on people for disagreeing with me. Stop attacking people for no reason, it's not cool.
