So I've been out of Pokemon for a few months just getting back into it and might need some help revitalising my NU team, Don't know what the new threats are or anything so go easy on me if I get lol'd on by something.

Venemoth@Focus Sash
Timid/Tinted lens
252SpAtk/252Spd/4HP
-Sleep Powder
-Toxic Spikes
-Bug Buzz
-Psychic

Self-explanatory, Psychic hits poisons who try to absorb the spikes. Tinted lens is a brutal ability. This thing has torn apart entire OU teams.

Regigigas@Leftovers
Adamant/Slow Start
252Atk/252HP/4Def
-Thunder Wave
-Confuse Ray
-Return
-Earthquake

Hax's opponent till he can get off his lazy ***.

Ursaring@Toxic Orb
Adamant/Quick Feet
252Atk/252Spd/4HP
-Swords Dance
-Facade
-Close Combat
-Fire Punch

Guts seemed like overkill and Quick Feet makes him a ***** to outspeed.

Poliwrath@Leftovers
Adamant/Water Absorb
252HP/252Atk/4Spd
-Substitute
-Focus Punch
-Waterfall
-Ice Punch

Good resists, punches you in the crotch.

Medicham@Choice Scarf
Adamant/Pure Power
252Atk/252Spd/4HP
-Focus Punch
-High Jump Kick
-Thunderpunch
-Psycho Cut

Revenge kills things, Focus Punch lol's at switches.

Shuckle@Leftovers
Impish/Gluttony
252Atk/252HP/4SpDef
-Acupressure
-Rock Slide
-Rest
-Power Trick

Once you have +6 attack and defence changing them doesn't make you frail and with +6 evasion (yay loopholes) it wouldn't matter anyway.

Be gentle.

Venomoth: Looks good, I've used this set before. Why Timid?

Regigigas: Why the EVs?

Ursasing: What does Fire Punch do besides hit Bronzor, Wormadam-S, and Leafeon? Consider dropping Earthquake and Fire Punch for Close Combat and Crunch.

Poliwrath: Cool.

Medicham: Might want to watch out for Leafeon, Sandslash, and physically defensive Gastrodon and Quagsire.

Shuckle: lol. Be wary of phazers, you should be able to scout them out and then start buffing up.

Haunter with HP Fighting could give your team some trouble. Timid ones will outspeed your Ursaring. Drifblim is gone, which is good for your team.
If / when Venomoth faints, your team consists of only physical attackers. Gligar, Leafeon, and Sandslash might give you some trouble.

Timid to outspeed neutral natured base 100's

In all honesty I have no clue :p, If i put them on for a reason I've forgotten it. I'll fix that up.

Close Combat downright outclasses Earthquake, but what does crunch really help with? Fire punch already OHKO's Haunter are there any other prominent ghosts running around?

I know Focus Punch does about 80% to Lefeons if i catch em on the switch but yeah if I'm up against something that can wall me which is what usually happens after a kill.

Shuckle: lol. Be wary of phazers, you should be able to scout them out and then start buffing up.

This bad boy doesn't come out till last so he can't be phazed and (hopefully) anything that can threaten him is gone.

I noticed my lack of special attackers and was thinking about throwing on a Charizard or Magmortar, but can't bring myself to take anyone off the team. Any suggesions on who I could spare?
Responses in Cyan.
