Teching Marth's F-Smash

I play a Marth that throws me off the stage and then just forward smashes every time I am close enough to the ledge. So is it possible to tech his f-smash and then recover back on the stage? Or should I be aiming more for a sweet spot recovery? (I use Falco) If teching the hit is the better option, how exactly do I do it? Do I have to SDI into the ledge? Or does simply pressing L or R get the job done?
I tried looking for videos and found nothing. If there is a video out there that explains it good enough then a link would be fantastic. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

SDI into the ledge, and buffer the tech within 20 frames of hitting the ledge (asdi in case you miss it).

The video you are looking for is this one:

However I think odds are that you should examine why you are being hit in the first place. If throw to f-smash is a problem then you are most likely doing your recovery in a predictable manner. Perhaps look into shine stall->up-b ledge grab or jump back to side-b(+shorten?) or stall->rejump->aerial/wavedash on stage. Additionally, using shine stall can help getting getting sweetspot regrabs.
Also look to become good at punishing those f-smashes if you do get the ledge with rising aerials and ledgedashes.

He's a smash 4 player that doesn't grab the ledge. He just camps it with f-smash. So as predictable as my recovery might be the Marth is just going to wait for my up-b or side-b and f-smash it. I figured that learning to tech it and then instantly side-b back at him/onto stage would be by best option.
