I'm sure i want him on my team 100%, i'm not sure if this is the right set for the team though... Substitute then DD while the opponent tries to come in with something of a Dragon Type attack to erase the Sub.

Why does Kingdra have SpAtk EVs? Get rid of Substitute, add Draco Meteor.

Hypnosis is a terrible attack, even with Wide Lens. Especially when you could have something like Choice Specs, Scarf, or Life Orb. Throw the remaining EVs in HP.

Don't even bother using weavile it's going to be counter productive for your team. Sure it might kill an outrage salamence here and there but otherwise they will switch to something like scizor(or worse lucario) and do way more damage back to your team even if you switch to something like gyarados to take in the damage.

I'd prefer LO zapdos over gengar if you want a solid special sweeper as zapdos has some neat resistances and doesn't kick the bucket in one hit.
