It would help if you listed EVs and items that the pokemon are holding. Also, I'm asuming that your new to these terms(or at least EVs), so I suggest you browse around www.smogon.com for more info. That's a good place to start. Check out the new DP analysis areas.

Although Thunder Fang has a Chance of Flinching, Spark is better,I gains STAB and has a larger chance of Paralysis.Keep the Lum Berry in case someone Syncronyses your Paralysis.

Thunder Punch gets rid of most things Ice punch can and Bounce Paralyses the compitition.
