TAS audio desync

After dumping everything in a TAS, I go to edit and sync up to the begining to the point where it is indistinguishable. However, halfway through the video, the audio desyncs to up to 5 seconds. Can anyone help?

Edit: Just for clarification, this happens while i'm editing. My guess is the audio or video speeding up or slowing down at a point.

What settings are you using when dumping audio/video? Which version of Dolphin are you using? Do you have the same issue on other versions of Dolphin?
