Just replace the values like it describes.

Here's an example

042CB558 00000000
02AA7C24 00000502 (5 enemies will be on the field, there will be two types of enemies)
04AA7C28 00030010 (The two species will be Minicoid and Poison Lily)
04AA7C2C 00000000 (Even though it's 00, it'll probably be ignored since there's only 2 types of enemies/species in this example)
04AA7C30 01010100 (Enemies 1-3 will be species two which is the Poison Lily, enemy 4 will be the Minicoid)
04AA7C34 01000000 (Enemy 5 will be species 2, the rest are ignored and are just zeroes)

Also, edited your post, just to remove the boss names to avoid spoilers. The PS3 port did just came out.

Cool that code worked. I am gonna try it on the enemy I want to now. Thanks. Yeah I didn't think of the people that might not have played the game. It is fantastic wouldn't want it to be ruined for people that haven't played it. Although people who haven't played it shouldn't be looking at a thread for a code to replace enemies with other enemies. XD

Can anyone help me from like the very beginning since I love this game and I've never hacked b4. So far I just have the homebrew channel with project m installed and nothing else.

Welcome to Smashboards, be sure to check out the terms and rules http://smashboards.com/help/terms

While it's good to see if there are existing threads, it's not advised to necropost by bumping up an old thread. To answer your question, you'll need an action replay for homebrew to make codes like these to work. Please use google to figure out where to find these and how to install them.
