Smash 3DS Tails 3DS Leak?

I very much-so hope that Tails gets included in Smash 4. I know a lot of people in the Smash community insist that each third party will only include one character, and that character has to be a significant star of that third party to be included, and thus the likelihood of Tails being included is small. BUT, with Sega and Nintendo's recent game partnerships and the emphasis on making this game pit the greatest icons in gaming history against each other, I could see a Sonic and Tails duo fighting against Mario and Luigi.

Recently an image has surfaced of Tails in what appears to be a Smash battle on the 3DS. Many people dismissed it as fake because the "bottom screen has Tails" and the bottom screen is supposed to be percentages, however the image is a cut picture of two shots of the top screen of the 3DS.

• The character model of this Tails has not (yet) been found in any other Sonic game.

• The outline of the character seems to be legitimate and the background is Spirit Tracks.

• The model of this Tails is very similar to the model of Sonic in Smash. (Even a similar smirk on the face).

• With Tails being a playable character in Sonic Boom, and having a strong presence in Lost World, he is still a relevant character.
• His moveset would revolve around his ability to hover/glide/fly, as well as spin-dashes that he used in the original Sonic game and perhaps some of his gadgets as well.

Let me know your thoughts on these pictures as well as the simple idea of Tails in Smash. Recently Palutena pictures leaked and turned out to be fake, but she was still revealed. Here are the pictures as well as real pictures of Sonic to compare their styles.

Thanks for the welcome! I had been meaning to join for awhile but with the recent discovery of this leak I had to know if it had any authenticity to it or not, and thus my first post.

Do you remember what debunked it? Whoever made it did a great job.

Anything that stands out as fake about it? Apparently it was proven fake but I haven't seen how. Only red flag for me is how sketchy it looks with its low quality.
