Strangely, I think they might have realised their own FF service was down long before you decided to inform them after four people before you on the thread already had done, and several days after it initially went down. Having to reply to this thread would only distract them from actually fixing it.

It's not like you even posted any more relevant information, such as what browser you're using, what version of the browser you're using, whether your browser allows pop-ups, or what system your computer runs on.

For the matter, 0/10 fail post would surely be a 10/10 success post. I thank you for your compliment (re: double negatives).
