Even though there's a walk off i feel like it could be good for some competitive potential.

The center would be the stage control. The Left area has more KO potential yet most people could counter it as there's 2 platforms. The platforms also add potential for the attacker to figure a way to get the walk off defender to get hit.

Most counter picks have some walk offs ( albeit most to all are temporary) so i feel this has counter pick material.

Along with that other than the walk off it's fair for counter picks. it doesn't have anything that can stop you nor does it has any hazards so I ponder to you folks, Would 1 walk off stage with ways to counter the walk off (possibly) be bad for a counter pick?

Disagree, Agree? type your thoughts I want to know what you think. Thanks for listening.

I'm really liberal on stagse but a permanent walkoff is pretty much an auto-ban. It's different from a temporary walkoff because it can be camped and make a massive percent lead trivial at the will of either player.

The fact that there's only one mitigates it in no way whatsoever.

it's still counterable in many ways as you can go attack from above or you could go on the left edges and get a way there. I wasn't saying 1 of it midigates it i was simply stating the left side makes it. more competitive

It's definitively an interesting stage but the walk-off is something that can't be overlooked.

There are really no counter strategies to someone camping walk-offs either (especially if the opposing player has no projectiles). It becomes an ultimate game of chance of dying extremely early which would make games dreadfully short and boring.

As much as I would love it, there is no way. Not only is it a walk off, but its technically a layered walkoff, which means as long as someone camps under the higher platform near the walkoff, they will be extremely hard to remove, and can force a potentially fatal approach. I'm particularly thinking of Ness, who can just throw out pk fires and thunders from the area, and then just insta kill anyone with b throw if they try to get close.

I like Suzaku Castle as a stage, but it really has 0 competitive viability as a stage.

To say nothing of the small campable island on the bottom left.

I agree, it's a fun casual stage, but I wouldn't call it competitive.
