OK! see, this new thread is to raise awareness of GOEMON in smash bros brawl. a very cool and unique character, lets see how many signitures we can get. just post your name and state to give us your support that you want geomon in the game!! ill start off...

Sweeet, I thought I was the only one who wanted Goemon in SSBB. IMO the playstyle of Goemon's games (Mystical Ninja is the name, right?) would make him fit very nicely in this fighting game.

Goemon is not very popular anymore, and his latest game (one for the DS) flopped in Japan and was not released outside.

If we're talking Konami characters, I would like to see Alucard much more.

Kicking up this thread because Goemon is awesome. Yoshistar64, NY.

Some moves could be the pipe swing, that grappling move... forgot what it was called. His projectile would be throwing Ryo! And his final smash would be the giant robot... I don't know what it's called. If Goemon was in, I would definitely main him.

Back in the SSB64 days, Goemon would've been a perfect candidate for Smash - aside from the obvious problem that Nintendo wasn't into 3rd party characters yet - after all, he was Nintendo exclusive and his games had quite an impact on Japan.

Too bad he had that PS2 stint last gen, kinda ruins him for it. Sill, with he was a Wii game out / in production, so that's something. I don't expect him at all as a playable character, but he'd make a good AT (if unlikely; Konami has so many bigger series).
