This technique takes advantage of b move edge momentum reversals. B move edge momentum reversal was discovered a while back but was never really talked about much.
Here's an old thread about it to prepare you http://smashboards.com/showthread.php?t=158881
Basically to perform this technique you must be on a platform run to the edge and perform your down b as you reach the edge. Immediatley after pressing down b you must input the direction opposite to the direction you were running. The desired effect is that you run to the edge of the platform, turn around, and then fall through the platform doing your down b with momentum in the opposite direction that you were running. If your opponent is standing under the platform or on top they will be immediately stickied. The best part is that it happens very quickly as you are falling through the platform so unless your opponent has seen this before (which I can guarantee you they haven't) they probably won't even know they've been stuck. I would upload a video but I don't really have any way of doing so.
This isn't an incredibly useful technique but I have pulled it off in a competitive match. It's fairly situational and requires some amount of setup but it can be very powerful when used right. Generally its easier to do on larger characters but it does work on everyone.
