If I am allowed to announce such a tournament via SmashBoards, would I list it under "Console Tournaments"?

The tournament would be in Indiana.

I didn't even think about putting up a livestream. Yeah that would definitely happen! But, this is all subject. I don't even know if I am allowed to put up a SSF2 tournament via SmashBoards. Hopefully an admin will see this thread and let me know.
