So I've tried it, here are my thoughts.
It's a good start, but it is also questionable with some decisions for the game. First off, the gameplay is a little wonky. I mean, you move on the right side of the screen and if you want to attack, you have to tap a button on the left side and press one of the 4 buttons on the right side, doing so will make you unable to move around until you press the button on the left again. It just doesn't work well if you are trying to bring in the smash gameplay.
Menu is a bit confusing to use. You have to select one of the available characters by taping them, then press select. Not a big deal, but it is more of a nitpick.
Sprites look decent but can be a bit more polished. Stage looks fine and a great start for this game.
Sounds don't really exist so I can't really say much about that.
Overall, it's understandable for a beta, the gameplay was my biggest issue for me. If you want the gameplay to feel like smash, look up Super Smash Land, a game that looks like a gameboy game with the gameplay as only using a directions and 2 buttons or Super Smash Clash, a mobile smash game that uses a analog on the left screen and 3 buttons on the right (standard, special, jump). If you want to keep the same style kind of gameplay you're using, keep on polishing that then as it may need a lot more work.
I'll go ahead to put up 5 stars to help the ratings and for hoping to see the final product (which not many fan games really reach that point for smash, so I hope to see this one come out alive).
