SUPER Smash Fight Club 50!
Houston's longest running Smash 4 weekly is celebrating #50 with a bang!
This event will be held at the University of Houston main campus! Here is a detailed map. It is going to be held in the University Classroom and Business building. With two rooms to accomodate this larger event. ROOM 106+108
ALSO for this event, due to it being on a Saturday, we are welcoming some out of city guests! Smashers from Austin, Rio Grande Valley, and Megafox from San Antonio are confirmed!
If anyone is interested in coming to Houston from out of town (2 hour+ drive) there is a gas incentive!
Gas incentive: Bring a carpool of 4-5 Smashers that enter, and get $20! - Only the driver/car owner of the carpool can claim this incentive.
ALSO INCLUDING THE SMASH PIT
This is a redemption bracket for players that get last and second to last place. EIther winning one and losing twice, or losing twice with no wins. You will enter into the Smash Pit, a NEW double elimination bracket, with grand finals GUARANTEED to be played out on stream!
The prize will be a small prize package from Smash United and our partners at SpifSpace and Muffin Bros!
As always matches are STREAMED LIVE to see on the Smash United twitch channel!

10:00 a.m. - The Smash United Team begins setting up
11:00 p.m. - Registration begins
12:00 p.m. - Doubles
2:30 p.m. - Squads (4v4)
5:00 p.m. - Singles
EVENT FEES:
$5 Venue fee ($3 if you are a UH smash club member)
$5 per player 2v2
$5 per player 4v4
$5 1v1
Venue fee is waived for bringing a TV+Wii U+Sm4sh+GC Adapter with everything (except ALL DLC, but DLC preferred) needed unlocked. Wii U MUST be updated to current format. Only first 24 setups get the waive.
24 SETUP CAP (veryyy high)
PLEASE BRING SETUPS for the event to run properly and quickly, as well as to snag the venue waive. Laggy monitors sadly, will not get the venue waive. So keep that in mind. (Asus/benq monitors etc are always a safe bet). Also we are capping at 24 setups due to seating issues. If you count on the venue waive, come early. We will be running 12 setups in each room.

- Any Omega (striking this also strikes FD)
Stage Striking Order:
1-2-pick for the first round. (RPS for first ban if need be)
1 bans for the winner of each round

8 minute time limit
Items set to "Off" and "None"
Team attack ON in doubles
Equipment is banned
Custom moves are banned
Pausing results in a stock loss, unless it is for the opposing player's controller malfunction.
4v4 Stagelist! It's a big one!
Do not worry, just like with Singles and Doubles stagelists, we will have printouts for the 4v4 stagelist. Not only that, but there will be printable ones with pens to cross out stages.
