Smash 3DS Super Smash Bros Update Ver 1.0.2

Sorry if there is already a thread about this somewhere, I couldn't find one, but anyway...
I was lookin' around in the eshop just a few minutes ago to bide my time, and I saw that theres an update for Smash for 3ds. Apparently it's required to play online, and they released it early so you can download it beforehand. Pretty cool since it can save you some time if you're planning on jumping to online play right away, iunno. Figured I'd post here in case this wasn't something that people were aware of.

The game itself is obviously still on it's way, but the day one patch is already pre-downloadable. Just search "super smash bros 3ds" on the eShop and you'll find it.

Handy for getting right into the game when you get it.

Yeah, I saw this and then simultaneously my hype levels increased by 9000.

They have the patch, v1.0.2
Why can't they allow you to download the whole game and the patch from that one spot
