I was messing around with other versions of smash and I came across this. It's most likely a problem with the emulator instead of the rom itself but it's still pretty interesting. Here's what's going on:
After I place the CPU button on a character, my hand goes to the top right of the screen and I can only move it horizontally unless I press B to grab my character button. After that, my hand refuses to grab the CPU button and just appears under it. The only way I can grab it is by resetting it by turning to CPU off and back on again.
