Hello everyone. I know I'm new and stuff, but I've had much experience around forums, so don't eat me kthx.
Anyways back on topic.
Have you guys ever played the SMRPG for the SNES? I have. I must say it was the best fun I've ever had with a Mario game. The plotline was sublime and animation, for its time, amazing. I loved the fighting. I also loved the characters and allies that you met along the way (Geno, woo!). Truly one of the most original games I've ever played. Up to now we've had sequels. Just not direct ones. Some of us have played the Paper Mario and Mario and Luigi RPGs.
Sure they're fun, but this is enough.
I've grown weary of looking at new Mario RPGS and dying inside when they are not direct sequels. I've waited for 8 years now for a sequel to come out. I'm tired of waiting! I'm tired to wake up every day to wonder if there are any news on it. Not having Geno in Brawl was also one of the things that hurt me.
I've stumbled across a site and my hopes have risen since. SMRPG Legacy is a site dedicated to all Mario RPGs, and that includes SMRPG, which seems their prime concern. I LOVED this site when I first went to it. It reenergized me! I quickly signed the petition for the SMRPG SEQUEL.
If you don't know about it, I suggest you go over to this link and sign the petition. Even if you didn't like the game, think of how many people you would make happy. It just takes a few minutes and it is worth it.
I know petitions don't help, but maybe if they reach 1,000,000...
