So yeah I made a mod. I am good at making things broken although it isn't hard to do that. Anyway here is the promotion video.


Here is a full change list from vanilla luigi + is buff - nerf = neutral BKB base knockback KBG knockback growth
Attributes
= friction decreased longer 0.025 > 0.008 wavedash, can't be waveshined or shield pressured, OOS options now limited
+ Run Speed increased 1.34 > 2.325 (Captain Falcon is normally 2.3)
+ Short hop shorter and more useful
+ Gravity increased 0.069 > 0.2 (Fox is normally 2.3)
- Now can fall too fast especially if you fast fall
+ Weight 100 > 130 (Bowser is normally 117)
+ All aerial move landing lag reduced to 2 frames
Specials
+ Fireballs are now much faster, FSM so that midair fireballs come out in 1 frame and ground fireballs come out twice as fast, they also have more Knockback and Growth and Deal 10 damage
+ Side-B goes longer and does more damage misfire rate now 1/4
+ Up-B goes WAY higher. Both versions buffed with grounded being OHKO
+ Down-B In air sends down and on ground sends up
Attacks
+ Jab 1 and 2 damage 3,2 > 5 and has coin effect
+ Jab 3 damage 5 > 10 BKB 10 > 30 KBG 100 > 125
+ Dash attack now Pichu's nair. Can be cancelled on frame 10 and can multihit
+ Forward-Tilt Up Falco Shine note can be cancelled with anything for the time being
+ Forward-Tilt Down Fox Shine see above
+ Up-Tilt Damage 9 > 10 and can be canceled almost immediately
+ Down-Tilt Damage 9 > 12 BKB 10 > 20
+ Forward-Smash New aura rate of increase 350 > 1,000 Damage 13 > 15 BKB 20 > 40
+ Up-Smash New aura Damage 17 > 25 BKB 35 > 50 KBG 98 > 150 Size 1,000 > 1,500
+ Down-Smash New aura rate of increase 350 > 450 Angle 90 > 178 (Basically Peach) BKB 40 > 50 KBG 80 > 50 (Links better)
Aerials
+ N-Air 1st Hit Damage 15 > 18 BKB 20 > 25 KBG 100 > 130 Shield damage 0 > 100 (Shield destroyed) electric effect (Basically upwards knee)
+ F-Air Angle 361 > 340 (Semi-Spike) Damage 12 > 16 BKB 43 > 45 KBG 100 > 125
+ B-Air Damage 11 > 15 BKB 12 > 15
+ Up-Air Angle 361 > 45 Damage 13 > 15 BKB 0 > 20 KBG 100 > 110
+ D-Air Meteor hit 270 > 290 (Now Spike same angle as Marth D-air) Damage 16 > 18 BKB 20 > 30 KBG 100 > 125 Spike now takes Priority hitbox id 2 > hitbox id 0
Grab and Throws
+ F-Throw 11 > 15 BKB 60,60 > 70,70 KBG 65,100 > 80,20
+ B-Throw The Ultimate Move of Destruction! You have to download to find out
+ Up-Throw Damage 10 > 12
+ D-Throw Angle 110,361 > 80,361 BKB 75,40 > 75,70 KBG 30,100 > 30,60 (Similar to Sheik's which is angle 361,80 BKB 70,40 KBG 50, 160)
+ Pummel damage 2 > 4 and can now wobble
+ Grab size 700 > 1,400 (Marth is 1,000)
Here are the Frame Speed Modifiers REQUIRED to make the mod work how it was intended. If you want to remove the wobble however just don't make one for catch attack.
