hey there, my handle is speakerbox and I like to smash
pretty new to trying hard at smash but been playing since 64 on and off
i only play sheik and am stoked for ssb4 to come out, just bought my wii-u a week ago

any advice/resources for improvement on sheik (or smash in general) is appreciated!

For Sheik advice, it's game dependent, but you could check her sub-forum in the Character Discussion forums for Sheik specific information. I'd recommend checking out this guide for competitive Smash for a general resource though.
