Suicune

Type: Water
Ability: Pressure - Enemy attacks use 1 extra PP.
100/75/115/90/115/85

CM Phazer

Suicune @ Leftovers
Pressure: Bold
252 HP, 252 Def, 4 SpA
-Calm Mind
-Surf
-Roar
-Rest/Ice Beam/HP (electric)

This set is what Suicune has been long known for: statting up until invincible then shuffling your opponent's team to their doom. Just to give you a taste of Suicune's bulkiness, Tyranitar's Stone Edge deals 29-35% to you. That would take a bit of luck just to 3hko you (sandstorm+leftovers). As long as the Tyranitar doesn't set up on you, you should still outspeed it and be able to Rest before it even thinks about landing that 3hko. If it does try to dance in your face, just Roar it away. That's pretty much how this Suicune works.
Infernape's Grass Knot fails to even 4hko you on average as long as you have 1 Calm Mind. After one Calm Mind, Suicune's SpDef stat hits 399, compared to it's 361 Def. That gives Suicune Cresselia-esque defenses. But wait, doesn't that mean Cresselia is better because it can get it's stats that high without setting up? Yes it does, but Suicune has access to Roar, better coverage with it's movepool and higher attacking stats to start with. Hippowdon coming in to phaze you out? Roar him out first!

Sui-eeper "Sweeper"

Suicune @ Life Orb/Leftovers
Pressure: Modest/Timid
4 Def, 252 SpA, 252 Spe (29 HP IV for Life Orb)
-Calm Mind
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-HP (electric, grass, ground, fire, whatever)

Because most people expect most Suicune to be used as a wall, this set is what gets people aggravated. When your opponent expects to see a wall, they get hit hard by a very durable sweeper. It looks a bit like Starmie at first, but Suicune is better in every respect outside of taking status, speed, and spinning.
Your item choice depends on your style of play. When you switch in, are you going to ensure that you come in without taking damage? If you do, Life Orb should get most bang for your buck. If not, Leftovers will keep your opponent on their heels. I'll explain, when you come in and take a hit, Leftovers will activate. If your opponent doesn't see that, they'll start to get suspicious.

Restalker

Suicune @ Leftovers
Pressure: Bold
252 HP, 252 Def, 4 SpA
-Rest
-Sleep Talk
-Surf
-Calm Mind/Roar/Ice Beam/Hidden Power

Ridding yourself of status, emergency healing, immitating Pichu's crouch in Melee, all of these are acceptable reasons to use a restalk set. This set is much better at switching into big (preferably non-boosted) hits. Choosing Calm Mind will turn you into a mono attacker, but will allow you to be a more dedicated Calm Minder, compared to the first set. Roar will let you be a more dedicated shuffler and will also give you the opportunity to be able to phaze your opponents before they even get to attack you! Sleep Talk overrides the -5 priority rule on Roar, though you'll have to outrun your opponent first. This shouldn't be too hard since most Pokemon around base 70 and base 80 don't invest in Spe unless they have a way of boosting it.

Not-a-Curselax

Suicune @ Chesto Berry/Leftovers
Pressure: Bold
252 HP, 252 Def, 4 SpA
-Rest
-Calm Mind
-Surf
-Ice Beam/Hidden Power

The goal of this set is the same as any other Suicune. To Calm Mind to become nigh-invincible and then sweep. With an additional moveslot dedicated to an attack, sweeping becomes more likely to happen. However, Suicune needs a substantial amount of Calm Minds in order to cause serious damage. You will be able to buy yourself a few extra turns with Chesto-Rest. Chesto Berry is here instead of Lum Berry so that you don't accidently use your held item when your opponent slings paralysis, toxic, or burn your way. All of these conditions will be cured when you sleep.

It is possible to use different EVs for this set, but that would affect the number of Calm Minds you can muster before and after you Rest. As a wall, Suicune finds it's home in the early game so you would most likely stick with a defensive EV set rather than an offensive one.

Pseudo Passer

Suicune @ Leftovers
Pressure: Bold
252 HP, 252 Def, 4 SpA
-Reflect
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Roar/Rest/Calm Mind/Hidden Power

Reflecting Suicune is another one of those sets that keep your opponent guessing. It puts pressure on them right away when you switch in (no pun intended). Your opponent will be torn between whether to switch in a physical attacker or a special attacker (and a mixed attacker will be generally too weak, bar Electivire). If a phazer comes in, your Reflect stays up, annoying your opponent even more. This set is the most versatile if you use Surf as your only damaging attack. Your opponent will be guessing to no end what you'll do next.

EV's

If you're a stat whore, you can move 4 SpA EVs from the Timid "Sweeper" set to Def. It doesn't change anything except make your stats even numbers.this rounds down the damage you take from Pokemon with even-numbered attacking stats. The same goes for odd-numbered defense stats against odd numbered attacking stats. The majority of Pokemon used tend to have even numbered attacking stats. Suicune finds it's home at cookie cutter builds.
You can clearly tell that every sentence beyond the one before this one is filler, right? n_n

If for whatever reason you feel that Suicune needs more offense and has more than enough defense, use: 252 HP, 216 Def, 40 SpA (or 40 SpD)

Legal Hidden Power IVs

HP (Fire)
Timid: 6 Atk, 30 Spe, 30 SpA
Modest: 26 Atk, 30 Spe, 30 SpA
HP (Electric)
Bold: max
Timid: max
Modest: 23 Atk, 30 SpA
HP (Grass)
Bold: 2 Atk, 26 SpA
Timid: 2 Atk, 30 SpA
Modest: 2 Atk, 30 SpA Yes, they're the same
HP (Ground)
Bold: 19 Atk, 30 SpA, 30 SpD
Timid: max
Modest: max

Other Options

Mirror Coat, Rain Dance, Protect, Toxic, Shadow Ball, Psych Up, Substitute, Signal Beam.

Mirror Coat is the biggest one. You could actually slap this on just about any set just to mess with your opponent some more. Special attacks aren't seen too often, so attacks that you will commonly want to use were listed as options in the movesets. Suicune has enough attacks to consitute a Choice set, but it's offenses aren't stellar enough to really cause a threat. Psych Up can steal an already statted up Pokemon's stats. Protect and Sub allow you to stall. Sub also lets you set-up the win if you ever see a Blissey. Toxic gives you a reason to stall. Finally, Rain Dance on a Pokemon as bulky as Suicune lets you provide your Rain Team with consistent support.

Counters

The only thing taking Suicune out is a very powerful Electric or Grass move. In today's metagame, this isn't too common. It would take a sweeping Abomasnow, Breloom, Electivire, Sceptile, Zapdos, Magnezone, Raikou, Jolteon, or a well timed Explosion to stop you. Only 3 of these Pokemon are commonly seen, so you should have an easy time ruining everyone's fun. There's also Gyarados, Tentacruel, and Water Absorbers, if you don't have HP (electric). Without Ice Beam, every Grass-type, Swampert clones, and Dragons will make fun of you. Just for reference, Grass Knot has 100 Base Power against Suicune.
