Mario and Kirby appear, fighting on the Smash Stadium. You choose your character and fight against Kirby or Mario. In the middle of the battle, Pit of Skyworld watches and cheers the battle below. Mario will touch Kirby's trophy and bring him back to life. The Halberd flies over as Primid infiltrate the area. Choose between Zelda, Peach, Mario, or Kirby. After you defeat the Primid, The Ancient Minister comes and places a Subspace Bomb. Petey Pihrana captures the Princesses and use Kirby to destroy him. You ride the Princess off in a Warpstar and onto the Halberd. Pit goes to rescue Mario and the two clear the Skyworld Level. Donkey kong gets his bananas stolen by the Koopa's and Diddy destroys the incoming missiles. The two finish the level together.
Diddy wanders off and sees Fox's Arwing. Diddy gets captured by Rayquazza and Fox rescues him. The boss battle with Rayquazza starts! Once the battle ends, Fox will call fr Diddy to tag along. Meanwhile, the Princess and Kirby land on the Halberd. They get knocked off by Fox's arwing. Choose your character and complete the level ahead. Enter the door and a cutscene will start.
Sonic is found running in the outskirts of a forest. He runs right through a Goomba, slicing across the forest. He runs into Mario and knocks him a couple of feet away. Sonic chuckles as he says "Sonic's The Name Speeds My Game!". The Theme Song Live And Learn plays as Mario is seen creating a Fireball in his fists and Sonic with a smiling face and clutched fists. Choose your Character and start the battle.
After the battle, Sonic and Mario are seen laying on the ground. The Halberd passes by as it enters the forest and travels through it. The halberd scrapes the tips of the trees as it enters the middle of the forest and drops a Subspace Bomb in the forest. Sonic gets up and shakes Mario around with his fist. Mario wakes up as Sonic smiles and puts his hand out to help Mario. Mario smiles, too and grabs Sonic's hand and gets up with it. The two look aorund and See the Halberd. Mario gasps as he sees Princess Peach on the Halberd, Captured.
Sonic thinks nothing of it, as he just crosses his arms and looks at the Halberd. Sonic gasps as he sees a Subspace Bomb in the middle of the forest. Sonic and Mario nod and go to disarm the Subspace Bomb. The level starts as you decide who you want to play as; Mario Or Sonic. After the level, Sonic is seen kicking the Subspace Bomb at the Halberd. mario quickly jumps on the Subspace Bomb and rides it to the Halberd. A stage begins.
The Subspace Bomb is heading towards the Halberd. With Mario, you must destroy the rimid coming next to you on the bomb. Once the battle is over, Link is shown in the forest pulling the Master Sword out of its pedestal. Link sees the Subspace Bomb, Mario, Peach, and the Halberd. Link backflips into the air and throws his boomerang at Peach, slicing of her Ropes. When The Subspace Bomb is inches from the Halberd, Mario will jump off and throw Peach of the Halberd. Mario and the Halberd will then be engulfed in Subspace.
Link gasps as he sees Peach Miles away, and falling from the sky. Link feels a blue wind scrape him lightly as Sonic runs past him towards Peach. Sonic slides below Peach and catches her. Link finally gets to Sonic when a Giant Primid slams down into the area and captures Peach. The Boss Battle Begins! Choose either Link or Sonic, and start battling. In the middle of the battle, a cutscene shows Zelda being captured by The Ancient Minister in Hyrule Castle where she escaped to. Link shakes his head and rushes off to save her. You will fight alone during the remainder of this battle. After the Giant primid is defeated, Link is shownon the ground, at a Desert, gasping for water. Yoshi zooms by and looks at Link Yoshi rips off the tip of cactus and moves the Catus near Link. Link sips the Water and Juice from the Cactus and struggles to get up. The two shake hands and they go off through the desrt together!
The stage begins as you Choose between either Link or Yoshi. Once you've completed with the level, Link and Yoshi see the Halberd over a cliff. Link nods to Yoshi and goes alone. Yoshi is afraid of the desert so Link decides to take him with him because he likes him. Choose between Yoshi and Link and you go into a cave together. The stage begins. After youre done with completeing the stage, You will meet up With Samus and Pikachu. Samus shoots a lazer at Yoshi and Link throws a bomb at Pikachu. You choose a character and you and your partner must team up to destroy Samus and Pikachu. Once the battle's Over, two R.O.B.'s will drop a Subspace Bomb and Samus, Yoshi, Pikachu, and Link get engulfed in Subspace.
