Stuttering and Texture Problems (Dolphin 5.0)

I do not remember which version of Dolphin I had before, it was a build that had the best Netplay support and I used to play Project M online with it...well, with one person and that was about it, but anyway, now the game can barely run that well anymore.

I'm well aware that Dolphin was able to handle graphical heaviness much better than the Wii could, and my prior Dolphin version ran everything at full speed with only minimal stuttering at the worst. But now, it stutters much more often, my detailed stages (and even characters) begin to dip the game at ludicrously low frame rates and, even worse, the Direct3D plugin is complete garble now. Most of the graphics are messed up and only OpenGL renders all the textures fine, but it still suffers horrid slowdown on my bigger and more detailed stages and characters.

Hell, I have one stage that isn't even that heavily modified from it's original Brawl form, but apparently it has so much detail already that the game begins stuttering after both players spawn on the stage, regardless of how detailed the character is.

So, can somebody guide me to the best version of Dolphin that can run Brawl with virtually no visible problems and a steady sixty frames the whole time? It doesn't have to be perfection, as I said earlier, it did have minimal stuttering on that one as well, though it went away after whatever loads in the game loads one time. So, if I were to hover over, say, Charizard, it stutters a bit and then when I do it again, no more stuttering. Direct 3D was the plugin that ran the best on that version, well OpenGL had the most stuttering.
