Stuck in fixed camera mode.

I've been scratching my head on this for a while.
Simply put, the "L + Dpad Left" command does not switch on and off fixed camera or Hud. Instead, they seem to activate randomly during play even when I'm not messing with the debug mode.
What is the real command to activate/deactivate fixed camera?
Is there an official list of commands or a way to disable debug mode completely?

Set Pause to 'Hold'. It's incompatible with debug mode and will switch off any debug commands that are still enabled.

Thank you. That seems to have worked.
Still, it doesn't solve the random behavior of the fixed camera when Pause is set to Normal. Could be a bug.
