Media Struggling to Finish Spirit's List

I have every spirit except spirit 1322:
Link (Link's Awakening)

And I have used around 300 shuffle alls and 50 primary onlys on the spirit board and haven't gotten it. I'm running our of coins. And I think the spirit is available because I was able to get the Owl (Spirit 1323) from the shop and it's from the same event.
I think all spirits are available due to the Hero patch.
Am I doing something wrong? Or am I just getting the worlds worst RNG?

Apparently it was part of a limited event last month. Dang it, I didn't know.

However, it may come back later as part of an update, I'm not sure. Maybe when the game releases.
