Well usually when i get hit by something small (mostly tiny multi-hit) attacks while wario start pulling out his bike, i still take damage but the animation keeps going. I know many wario players experienced this so i was wondering if wario's bike actually either has SA against only weak attacks or any attacks, & if this can be useful.

Strong Armor on Wario's bike??

It has heavy armor, meaning it only does that against weaker attacks. Also, next time ask this in the Q&A thread, thanks.
