Stream's Weekly Viability Character Ranking

As a competitive player of smash, I enjoy looking at other people who rank characters. I intend to rank the characters from different aspects of each characters artillery. I will play smash fighting online each week and battle (hopefully) every character at least twice. In addition I will use each character at least twice. After using and fighting with each character, I will add up all the points the character gains from the fight. The three main categories to get points I take into consideration are:
1.) Overall move sets
2.) How effective is it against other characters
3.) Possible strategies

This is thread is mostly opinion based so please understand that if your favorite is close to the bottom, it only because I fought someone who was really bad at using it. Also If I fight a beginner in online, I will ignore the outcome. I will only take hard battles into consideration. Thanks!
