Stream Setup for Both GC & Wii U?

Hello smashers!

I've been enjoying streaming/recording on my computer with games like Rocket League, CS:GO, etc. I have been able to stream SSBM, but only through Dolphin Netplay. Now, I really want one setup that is able to stream either SSBM through a CRT and Smash 4 through HDMI. What would you guys recommend to get in order to make it possible to stream either game without messing with the setup so much.

Some things to keep in mind:
- What capture card is able to input composite video and HDMI?
- Are there any splitters that are essential?
- What cords and how many do I need?
- Maybe try to keep the equipment cheap.

Don't quote me on this, as I only use the Dazzle DVC100, but I believe the Hauppauge HD PVR can record both component and HDMI...I may be wrong though.
