Strategy Guide still on schedule?

Okay, this is a stretch, but as with the previous delay, primagames.com changed the release date of their strategy guide THE DAY the delay surfaced.

I checked it, and on the same day the release was changed.

Now, I wonder, either today prima games is behind, or else is the guide still on track for Feb 10th?

Perhaps they haven't caught wind of the delay yet
