Strange Button Inputs

I have been messing around with the controls and have noticed a few strange things.

1) Sometimes when I try to grab a jab comes out instead.
2) If I try to predict a roll with a pivot grab I get a turn around forward tilt.

Why is my z button doing anything other than grab?????

2) So many times when I try to perform a tilt attack a smash comes out instead.
3) Full hops come out instead of short hops.

The last two are because the controls are more sensitive now. Does anyone feel like they are too sensitive?

To have the following issues turn off smash attacks with the cstick and replace the cstick with attack. I was trying this setting out because using csticks in the air with smashes enabled pauses your momentum momentarily.

4) Occasionally when attempting any aerial the game will throw out a nair, which should be impossible when hitting the cstick.
5) If you hit the cstick too fast for a forward tilt it actually throws tilts out slower than if you performed the tilt with forward a. This is really only the case for characters with fast tilts like Sheik.
6) If you perform an aerial and hit the ground and try to throw out a tilt sometimes jabs come out instead of tilts.

It has to do with the way the grab button works. Basically it's a macro for Shield + A. For whatever reason, the input for shield is cancelled out or something, so it functions essentially as an A input.

As for tilts and hops, maybe you have some wireless interference? Since I'm having no troubles at all doing either.

Can't say anything for 4 as I've never tried it.
5 might be a result of the hold-to-charge-smash mechanic. No confirmation on that though.
6 is probably a buffer thing. Are you using c-stick to tilt in this case, too?

Same here. I have absolutely no idea why it happens

My assumption on issue 4:
4) Diagonal directions on the c stick register as an unmodified attack input. The problem is, like the left stick, the zones for activating left and right seem to be huge. You'll hit the diagonals less with the c stick, but it will still happen. Good for people who never want to take their thumb off of the c stick, bad for those who just want to hold a diagonal direction and press b haha!

For 6 yes I was trying to use the c stick to throw out a tilt.
