Still Getting my But Kicked

UGH, This guys keeps kicking my but online because he keeps grabbing me and hitting me with the grabs >.<
can anyone tell me how to get out of a grab fast?!?

Seeing this topic right next to "Not enough challenging players in for glory matches" makes me feel pretty bad.

It's very easy to get yourself punished by grabs if you move predictably, especially if you're rolling a lot. Try to pay attention to the way your opponent is predicting you and try to throw them off a bit. Mix up your movement a bit instead of doing the same thing every time.

That's the advice I have off the top of my head.

I don't know what it is. I'll perform decently at locals, and then get stomped online. Maybe I'm just too used to PM still.
