Stella is from Dragon Quest 9 and she is a fairy. She is my fave DQ character on the fortune street roster.

Why?
Because she would be my #1 Fortune Street character from the Dragon Quest series to get into Smash.

Moveset?
I have to think longer

Recently played Dragon quest 9 and it's a really good day game 4th or 5th favourite I played so far. The op could use a moveset and maybe spirits stage music etc but either way I support
