Smash Wii U Staten Island Tournies?

I didn't know where to write this so I posted a thread.Anyone know if Staten Island(in New York) has a competive scene and where it is.I pretty much destroy everyone I face online unless lag is a factor and I really want to socialize while playing smash with people near were I live.Offline just feels better and there is actual discussion and there is more respect usually.
