Anyone know who the starters will be in the game?
As opposed to unlockables?

Everyone on the dojo who isn't in the secret section, and no one else.

Check the Dojo. Any character that isn't shrouded by a ??? will be playable from the start.

Correction: Anyone not listed in Hidden, excluding Sonic and Snake, are starters. Sonic and Snake are the only unlockables shown before release, in order to build up hype and such.

yeah snake and sonic are unlockables being 3rd party characters, sakurai i guess just wanted their names to be known to build the anticipation. every other character not portrayed in the secret characters section is a starter.
