Starfox characters

In short, Starfox characters are running amok on my Snake gameplay and I need to know how to deal with them. Wolf seems to be the most annoying one to me but all three of them give me issues. How do you guys counter these speedy, overused characters. Mortarsliding doesnt seem to work well against Falco and Wolf as I seem to be hitting Blaster shots when I try. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated I got a tournament coming up and I want to do the Snake community proud.

when they spam blasters i crawl and when they come near me i surprise them with an u-tilt or knee lock

I've got some advice against Falco and Fox. (maybe doesn't apply to Wolf) Don't underestimate the power of crawling. You can completely go under their lasers, and it helps you to get to your ultimate goal...Close-Quarters Combat. I wouldn't recommend distancing yourself too far from them, because they can keep you at range.

Also, a few strategically placed mines can put them in impossible situations. When they are trying to recover, give them a choice of landing on one of your mines, or jumping over it and eating a mortar to the face.
