Standard Custom Movesets for Low-Tiers

I think it would be cool if the competitive scene could decide on standard custom movesets for characters that could benefit from them. Take Ganondorf for example, who would basically be a mid or even high tier if he had his custom specials. Why shouldn't those custom specials just replace his current ones in competitive play?

I think it would be great and it would allow some low tier characters to be present in the competitive scene. Tell me your thoughts/questions.

It would be cool, but it wouldn't really make sense to only have a couple of characters' customs. I think miis should have a custom size and moveset which is generally used, and the rest is up to TOs. I do love the idea of customs game and watch though. So either have customs for all characters or for none, I do agree on customs helping these certain characters like Bowser and Ganon a lot but it's not really possible at this point where customs are kind of dead.
