Stamina mode not working with custom build

I'm starting to make my own custom build of pm and I've replaced some of the jank stages with competitive stages but for some reason when I go to stamina mode I can't choose between type 1,2 or 3 because there isn't an option for them anymore. Can anyone explain why this is happening?
